BDM Electrical Service used an Allen Bradley compact logix L43 PLC for this project. In addition we used three Ultra 3000 Allen Bradley servo amplifiers, Serco fibre-optic communication, panel view plus a 700-colour touch HMI screen. Servo motors, toothed belts and pulleys, were also supplied. Other features include the ability to store 200 programs with 100 steps using 3 servomotors: hydraulic,  pneumatic, and VSD on each step during its cycle. This machine enables accurate positioning and category 3 safety; including light certain guard switches and removable front consol for easy programming. An operator can sit down and program this machine.
